Easy Grilled Korean BBQ Pork Chops


2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon seasoned rice wine  vinegar
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
2 pounds thinly sliced pork chops ( I used pork loin for this recipe)


Stir together the soy sauce, chili sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. 

Place marinade in a gallon zip bag and add pork.

Massage pork in bag to coat thoroughly and zip closed,

Place in refrigerator and marinade for at least 4 hours (overnight is best!)

Quickly grill on the bbq and serve with grilled vegetables and rice. Enjoy!
