Quick and Easy Monterey Chicken from The Recipe Critic


This is one fabulous recipe for Monterey Chicken from The Recipe Critic.  What I really love about the recipe is that you can marinate it the night before, which will cut down on your prep time the next day. The marinade is a sweet mixture of soy, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and salt.  The next day you bake the chicken and then cover it in a blanket of apple-smoked bacon, cheese and barbecue sauce.
