Gnocchi Mac and Cheese from The Cutting Edge of Ordinary

Of all the dishes I can think of, nothing is more satisfying than a big bowl of creamy cheesy macaroni and cheese. The Cutting Edge of Ordinary created an ingenious recipe using store bought gnocchi.  They also added Gruyere, fontina, and Parmigiano-Reggiano to make the sauce incredibly smooth and cheesy. This is one recipe that is a must to try!
