Corn & Jalapeno Fritters from Alexandra's Kitchen

Mmmmmm! These Corn Fritters from Alexadra's Kitchen are incredible! Crispy,savory and a pinch of spice.  One of the things I love most about this recipe is that the batter can be made a day before and refrigerated.  You can add pretty much anything you wish to the batter to change it up....make it more sweet or savory depending on your preference.  I like this combination with the heat from the jalapenos and spice of the cumin.
