Chicken Piccata from Sugar & Spice by Celeste

Many years ago I had Chicken Piccata at a little Italian restaurant called  Piazza Italia in Portland, Oregon.  It was probably the best Italian dish I ever had! I was delighted to find this recipe from Sugar & Spice by Celeste  because it looks like an exact duplicate of that amazing meal from so long ago.  This is one recipe you will definitely want to try as it is simple to make, but full of flavor!
