Cheesy Garlic Mashed Potatoes


5 pounds unpeeled red potatoes, quartered
1 cube butter, room temperature
1/2 cup romano cheese, grated
1/4 cup garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup chive and onion cream cheese
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 green onions, finely sliced

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until fork tender, about 20 minutes. Drain. Stir in the butter, cheese, milk, cream cheese, garlic, salt and pepper, oregano, green onions, . Mash with a with a stand mixer until creamy and smooth.
