Easy Creamy Tomato & Garlic Pasta Sauce
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 small onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup half and half
1 pkg light or fat free cream cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
black pepper to taste
1/2 cup Parmesan

Directions:
In a large skillet, add olive oil and onions. Saute 8 minutes. Add garlic and tomatoes. Simmer 10 minutes. Simmer 10 minutes. Add pepper flakes, salt, sugar, black pepper, cream, half and half, and cream cheese. Simmer 15 minutes. If you want a thicker sauce, you can simmer the sauce for 2 additional hours on low. Stir sauce every 10-15 minutes. Check seasonings. Add Parmesan. Allow sauce to cool for 15 minutes before serving. Add sauce and noodles in a large bowl and sprinkle with additional Parmesan.
