Israeli Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients:
3 potatoes boiled
2 grated onions
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup grated cheese
1 egg
1 / 2 cup chopped parsley
1 tablespoon dried mint
Salt
Pepper
Corn oil for frying
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salted water. Then strain and mash in a large mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend with your hands. Form into small balls 9about the size of a golf ball) and fry in hot oil. Cook until golden brown and drain on a paper towel and then transfer to platter. Serve with a dill dip or homemade ranch.
